Traveling With a Visa Credit Card
We have updated our card restrictions to be more travel friendly for our cardholders. What this means is that if you did not provide travel information to us, and your card is used properly at a terminal (chip inserted at chip terminal) then your card should not decline regardless of your location within the U.S. If traveling out of the country (international travel), travel notes are highly recommended at this time. To provide travel information you can email [email protected], send secure message via online banking, or contact the credit union.
Yes! If traveling out of the country (international travel), travel notes are highly recommended at this time. Just let us know before you go so we can remove the automated fraud protections from your account. You can do this quickly and securely by logging into your Online Banking account.
Lost, Stolen, or Fraudulent Visa Credit Card Activity
Call or text us at 225.924.8900 right away if your card is lost or stolen. We will be able to block that card and reissue a new one. If, after Telco business hours, call 888.297.3416 to report card lost/stolen.
If you believe that there has been unauthorized activity on your Visa Credit Card, please contact the Baton Rouge Telco fraud center by texting or calling 225.924.8900.
Provisional credit will be posted within 10 days of receipt of your completed dispute form.
