Manage Your Monthly Payments Easily
Whether you’re at work or on the go, making your loan payments online has never been easier. You can also set up recurring monthly payments in just a few steps.
Mobile App
If transferring from a Telco account, simply use the Transfer menu. To pay from an external account, tap More and then Loan Payment to set it up as a one-time or recurring payment.
Online Banking
Log in to Online Banking and navigate to Move Money. If paying from a Telco account use the Transfers menu. If paying from an external account use the Loan Payment feature.
Monthly Recurring Payments
Log in to Online Banking and fill out the Monthly Transfer Authorization Form (found under the Secure Forms tab) to set up monthly automatic transfers on your due date from your external account.
Telco Member since 2014The app gives me the info I need on my accounts and allows me to pay my credit card and loan directly from the app. I haven’t had any issues from it and the interface is clean and simple, not overly complicated, which is nice.
