Member must use their Telco Visa credit or Telco Visa debit card during the promotional period (October 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020) to make a purchase of $5 or more to receive one (1) entry per separate transaction of $5 or more into drawing for a $1,000 grand prize and two $250 runner-up prizes. Each additional purchase of $5 or more becomes an additional entry.
