Debit Card PIN Issues
We have been notified of an issue concerning our debit cards giving an erroneous message of “Invalid PIN” when using our cards. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing. To rectify, please follow the below steps:
- Call 1-800-290-7893.
- Input your card number, followed by a #, and follow the security prompts.
- It will ask you to enter a new PIN (if you choose, you can enter your current PIN).
This is a temporary issue that’s being caused by a system update and is currently being addressed. We apologize again for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we improve our systems.
