As you may know, Baton Rouge Telco recently updated our logo as part of our comprehensive brand refresh. We are excited to share with you the next major step in that process – our new website! Our goal is to give you a better user experience and make it easier for you to find the information you need. The new website is designed specifically to be functional and beautiful no matter what device you’re using whether it’s a desktop, your smartphone or a tablet.
We realize a website change can sometimes be unsettling, so below is a quick guide to some of the key features we think you’ll want to know about.
Online Banking Login
Nobody has time for extra clicks these days. So we’ve added the Online Banking login to the top navigation of every page on the site so you can quickly access your accounts. You’ll still see the same Online Banking experience that you’re used to once you log in.
Help and FAQs
We’ve worked hard to make the new website easy for you to find all the information you need. You’ll see we have a new, robust Help and FAQ section built just for this. Visit the Help link in the top navigation to access our library of FAQs or learn how you can get in touch.
