Contact Center Representative

Job Description

  • Assists members and potential members with their requests through all channels, determines nature of business, handles requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of all credit union products and services, all online and mobile services including online banking, mobile banking, bill pay services, and remote deposit capture.
  • Identifies opportunities to offer additional credit union products, promotions, and services to members and generates referrals that deepen relationships and educate members on self – service options.
  • Resolves and de-escalates problems by clarifying issues, researching, providing appropriate solutions, and/or escalating unresolved issues to management.
  • Adheres to First Contact Resolution standards through all channels.
  • Ensures the appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
  • Demonstrates the Credit Union’s Core Values (Service, Solutions, Adaptability, Respect and Accountability).

Requirements

  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Full-time hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
