One benefit of being a Telco member is the low-interest loans we offer. Telco extends loans to credit-worthy members through thoughtful consideration of each application. Approval takes into consideration several different characteristics, including the individual's credit experience, collateral and the ability to repay.

Applications can be accepted:

Complete our online loan application. This application is for preapproval only. There is a $5.00 application fee (except for VISA cards). Telco requires an original signature on file before loan proceeds are actually released.
In person-walk into either our Baton Rouge or Hammond branches.
By phone-just call our Tel-A-Loan (loan by phone) services at 1-888-419-6418 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

Credit Life/Credit Disability Insurance Coverage

Telco offers credit life and/or disability insurance on most loan products. This coverage insures the balance of members' loans in the event they become disabled and unable to work or if they die. It only costs a few cents per day and provides peace of mind. For added convenience, premiums are included in a member's loan payment.
