Front Desk Member Service Representative Floater

Job Description

• Answers questions about products and services and works to resolve problems that are within their authority to resolve.
• Greets members in a welcoming manner and assists them with account and/or credit union information via phone, email, in person, live chat, etc.
• Supports branch by being a backup when needed. (Example: MSR, assisting with ATM balancing, card balancing, verifying shipment, etc.).
• Keeps track of walk-in members. Ensures that members are helped in a timely manner.
• Identifies opportunities and cross sells/offers products and services to our members.
• Performs file maintenance and account changes as needed.
• Demonstrates the Credit Union’s Core Values (Service, Solutions, Adaptability, Respect and Accountability).

Requirements

• Six months to one year of similar or related experience.
• Full-time hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
