Membership Eligibility

Baton Rouge Telco Federal Credit Union was formed originally to serve the employees and immediate family members in the following groups. We now serve anyone that lives, works, worships or attends school in the metropolitan area of Baton Rouge, including Ascension, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee, Saint Helena, West Baton Rouge, West Feliciana and Tangipahoa Parishes.

Immediate family members are defined as spouse, children, stepchildren, mother, father, sister, brother, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren, stepparents, stepsiblings, and adoptions. Membership is also available to persons living in the same household as a credit union member (domestic partners and legal guardians).

Does your daughter need a new car? Is your son searching for a new house? Maybe your neighbor wants a lower credit card rate? Maybe a co-worker could use a high certificate yield? If any of your family, friends, or co-workers belong to Telco, they can enjoy these benefits and more!
